I'm a Jersey girl, so I'm not going to sugar coat this. The work that I do on myself and with others has taught me two things to be true: Fear is a liar. It is a straight up jerk tricking you, creating illusions in your life that are messing with your ego. Why are we battling with ourselves daily in our heads? Why are we fighting with each other, hurting and putting each other down? Fear is the enemy: that is who we must defeat.  Love is the only thing that is real. We must be peaceful warriors for our lives. We must see and be love in everything to attain peace. From the teachings, I have learned to love the "jerk" that is fear. Fear is a blessing to bring awareness to cultivate change. We must choose to live in love and not fear every day. I feel so honored to do this work together. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
